Introducing the Automatic Fireproof Cover
Fire blankets have proven to be one of the most effective solutions for suppressing EV battery fires. To enhance safety in parking environments, we have developed the “Automatic Electric Vehicle Fire Cover”—an advanced fire suppression system that easily integrates into parking spaces. This system is engineered to automatically deploy and encapsulate vehicles during fire incidents, providing rapid containment and minimizing potential damage to other vehicles.
Rapid Deployment
When one of the sensors detects high temperatures, it automatically activates the cover.
Effective Containment
The Automatic Fire Cover fully covers the whole vehicle in about 20 seconds, isolating the fire and preventing it from spreading.
Enhanced Safety
Once the cover has completely covered the vehicle, the fire sprinkler system automatically activates, cooling the vehicle to reduce heat buildup.
System Diagram
The system is equipped with two advanced sensors for precise temperature monitoring. One is positioned on the ground (A) to detect heat levels near the vehicle’s battery, while the other is located at the back (B) to measure the body temperature. If either sensor registers temperatures exceeding 50°C (A) or 55°C (B), the fire cover is automatically deployed, swiftly covering the entire vehicle in about 10 seconds to contain the fire. Once fully in place, the fire sprinkler system (D) activates, reducing heat buildup and preventing further damage to other vehicles. For added reliability, a manual activation button (C) ensures the system can be triggered even if the sensors fail.
